David Schenberg is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group and the Appellate and Complex Litigation Support Group in the St. Louis, Missouri office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC. David specializes in employer counseling and discrimination litigation. He also has a broad background in general litigation.
Employment Law. David litigates, supervises litigation, and provides advice to clients regarding a wide variety of employment matters. These include race, disability, age, and religious discrimination, family and medical leave, drug and alcohol workplace issues, sexual harassment, wage and hour issues, handbooks, workers' compensation retaliation, federal election law, compensation agreements, trade secrets, non-compete contracts, and employee monitoring.
David has made numerous presentations on employment law topics including: reducing employer liability risks, the litigation process in employment discrimination cases, employer record-keeping, the Family and Medical Leave Act, wrongful discharge, and computer monitoring.
Appellate/Complex Litigation. David works on a variety of matters, including employment, commercial, and product liability cases, as a member of the firm's Appellate and Complex Litigation Support Group. David has prepared numerous motions, briefs, jury instructions, and other written submissions to state and federal courts throughout the country, and has presented oral argument in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
