Kerr is in charge of mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and partnerships, and investor relations. He is also instrumental in structuring and closing large client business development endeavors and in the company's financing transactions. Kerr joined COMSYS as Chief Financial Officer in October 1999.
Kerr has an extensive background in corporate finance, tax accounting, and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Kerr was the founder, principal officer, shareholder, and managing director of Omni Ventures LLC and Omni Securities LLC. Kerr was previously a partner with KPMG where he specialized in merger and acquisition transactions.
Kerr graduated with honors from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. |
