Mr. Hawkins is a farmer and private investor. Mr. Hawkins served as 2006 president and chief executive officer of Pioneer Bank, Canmer, Kentucky from 1982 until 1994, when it was acquired by us. Before becoming president and chief executive officer of Pioneer Bank, Mr. Hawkins was a partner in Taylor, Polson, Woosley and Hawkins, a public accounting firm in Glasgow, Kentucky. Mr. Hawkins is a certified public accountant and serves as the chairman of our audit committee. Mr. Hawkins has also served as a director of PBI Bank or one of its predecessors since 1994. |
