David Sandler was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in November 2005. Mr. Sandler was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from November 2003 to November 2005. From November 2000 to November 2003, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. At that time, he was also appointed as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. From May 1999 to November 2000, he was Executive Vice President. From 1998 to 1999, he was Senior Vice President, Administration. From 1989 to 1998 he held various positions of increasing responsibility for several departments throughout the Company, including Information Systems, Product Management, Purchasing, Corporate Development, Human Resources and Finance. In the spring of 1989, he joined the Company as a result of the Company’s acquisition of Dancorp Inc., a New England-based industrial supply distributor, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1976 to 1989. |
