David Impastato is a partner in the Global Finance Group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. He is based in the New York office, having been previously posted to Milbank's Tokyo office, where he was managing partner, and to Milbank's Los Angeles office.
Mr. Impastato's experience covers a wide variety of international financial and corporate transactions, including structured and acquisition finance, securitizations, collateralized debt obligations, private placements, project finance and aircraft leasing. He has worked on transactions in the United States, Central and South America, Southeast Asia and Europe.
Mr. Impastato has represented a broad range of financiers, arrangers, issuers, underwriters, managers, project developers, airlines, electric utilities, trading companies, commercial banks, governmental entities including export credit agencies, and other financial institutions.
Mr. Impastato received his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and His J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. He is admitted in New York and California. |
