David has been a member of Pierce Atwood since 1987. He is the group leader of the firm's Business & Tax Practice Group, and is one of the principal lawyers involved in corporate, finance, and general transactional representation. His work involves all aspects of corporate, securities, and commercial law, focusing on representing corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of transactional settings. David’s experience includes securities law, special purpose entities such as limited liability companies, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, and S.E.C. reporting and compliance. Prior to joining the firm, David practiced securities and corporate law as an associate with Sullivan & Cromwell, New York. |
