Mr. Weiner practices in the areas of real estate and business law. His real estate practice includes the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of real property (including residential subdivisions, office buildings and shopping centers). His business law practice includes creation of business entities, acquisition and sale of businesses, and secured transactions.He works with real estate developers, real estate investors, homebuilders and other individuals and business entities regarding sale and purchase transactions, development agreements, and leasing of commercial strip centers and restaurant properties. Mr. Weiner also deals heavily with lenders and borrowers regarding commercial loans, primarily those secured by real property. In addition, he advises individuals and companies on the formation and filing of various business entities and with asset sale and purchase transactions. |
