David Pezza is a partner in the firm’s real estate department. Mr. Pezza specializes in real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing focusing on shopping centers and office buildings. He earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 1985 and received his bachelor’s degree in accountancy, with high honors, in 1981. He has been a certified public accountant since 1981 and a licensed real estate broker in Illinois since 1985. He currently is a member of the International Counsel of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a member of the American, Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations.
Mr. Pezza was admitted to practice law in 1985 by the State Bar of Illinois.
