Mr. Nightingale has served as President of our IE Miller Division since April 2008. Mr. Nightingale joined Complete in 2005 and was responsible for running the Company’s Hyland Enterprises operations until his appointment to his current role. Prior to Hyland he ran his own consulting business and held executive and management positions with Duke Energy Nicor Occidental Petroleum and Midcon Corporation. Mr. Nightingale received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston and obtained a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University. David is a past chairman of the American Gas Association’s Pipeline Committee and a member of several other civic and professional organizations. |
