Mr. Dzuricky leads the areas of controller, accounting, finance, treasurer, investor relations, corporate planning and development services, information services, risk insurance, credit policy, risk management and joint venture management. Prior to joining Piedmont in 1995, Mr. Dzuricky was Vice President and Treasurer of Consolidated Natural Gas Company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He received his bachelor's degree in marketing from Syracuse University and his MBA in finance from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Dzuricky is Chairman of the Finance Committee of the American Gas Association. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Gas Association and Theater Charlotte. He is a member of United Way of Central Carolinas' Youth Education Council and a member of the Finance Committee of the United Way of Central Carolinas. |
