David J. Bronczek is president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Memphis-based FedEx Express, the world's largest express transportation company. He previously served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of the company where he started as a sales executive in 1976.
Mr. Bronczek is a member of the Board of Governors of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the National Board of Directors for United Way, and serves on the Board of Visitors for the University of Memphis, the Honors Advisory Board for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; and is a member of Memphis Tomorrow. Having previously served on the Board of Trustees at the International School of Brussels and was formerly a member of the Toronto Board of Trade.
Mr. Bronczek, born June 22, 1954, has been a director since October 9, 2006. |
