David J. Anderson, age 58, a director of Sauer-Danfoss since July 1, 2002, has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and President of Sauer-Danfoss (US) Company, the primary U.S. operating subsidiary of the Company, since July 1, 2002. He served as Executive Vice President - Strategic Business Development of the Company from May 3, 2000, until July 1, 2002. Since joining the Company in 1984, Mr. Anderson has held various senior management positions within the Company and Sauer-Danfoss (US) Company with increasing responsibility. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board. He is also a member of the board and an officer of the National Fluid Power Association. |
