Mr. Hantman is a member of the firm’s Securities Law practice area. He joined the firm upon graduating from New York Law School where he served as the Executive Case Comments Editor of the New York Law School Law Review.
Mr. Hantman served as Director of Kroll Associates’ Vendor Integrity Division for nearly six years, helping many Fortune 500 clients mitigate business risk. He has also assisted in the prosecution of fraud and other white collar crimes at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, Rackets Division, and has assisted in the investigation and prosecution of securities law violations at the New York Stock Exchange Enforcement Division. Most recently, Mr. Hantman has served as a consultant for HedgeOP Compliance, providing operational support and consulting services to hedge funds and fund of funds. |
