David Abramson is the chair of the Audit Committee and is also a member of the Board’s Nominating Committee. Mr. Abramson currently owns and operates a retained executive search and leadership development firm he founded in January 2002. Immediately before founding David Abramson & Associates, he was a Senior Vice President of AXA Financial/Equitable Life Insurance and the Chairman and CEO of Grant Thornton Advisors, a joint venture of AXA Financial/Equitable Life Insurance and Grant Thornton, LLP, from January to December 2001. Prior to this Mr. Abramson had an extensive career at Grant Thornton, certified public accountants, beginning in 1967 during which he was a member of the National Leadership and Senior Management Team and the Managing Partner of and an audit partner in the Minneapolis office.
