Mr. Walsh is a Senior Partner in the Madison office of the law firm Foley and Lardner where he has focused on cable television and telecommunications law. He received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School. Mr. Walsh serves as the President of the University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents. He is a trustee for the Foundation Fighting Blindness and a member of the Boards of National Guardian Life Insurance Company, Thompson Investment Management, LLC, Capital Newspapers, Inc. (publisher of the Capital Times and the Wisconsin State Journal), the University of Wisconsin Children's Hospital and the University of Wisconsin HealthStar. |
