David G. Nation has served as Bentley’s senior vice president of Corporate Affairs, general counsel and secretary since December 1995. In addition to his duties as Bentley's general counsel, Mr. Nation supervises Bentley's Human Resources Department and various business development activities. Prior to joining Bentley, Mr. Nation was senior vice president and general counsel of Continental Medical Systems, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company. Prior to 1991, he was a partner at the law firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. Mr. Nation holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Wharton School of the University of
Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. |
