Mr. McGinnis has 15 years of managed care and government contracting experience. Previously, he was the Director of Contracting with DIANON Systems, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: DIAN), where he was responsibe for negotiating, implementing and maintaining all of the company's contracts nationwide. During his tenure there, DIANON’s contracts expanded from 50 to 650 with subsequent revenue growth from $5 million to $95 million. Prior to that, Mr. McGinnis spent five years with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Connecticut. There, he managed the team responsible for developing and administering alternate reimbursement methodologies for ancillary network providers across HMO, POS and PPO product lines. Mr. McGinnis holds an M.B.A. with a Health Systems Management Specialization and a B.S. in Medical Cytogenetic Technology from the University of Connecticut. |
