Mr. Brown has been a director since January 1994. He is Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee, and serves on the Audit Committee. He has been the Managing Partner of Oak Hill Venture Partners since August 1999 and a Principal in Arbor Investors LLC since August 1995. Mr. Brown was also Chief Financial Officer of Keystone, Inc. from September 1998 to February 2000, and has been a Vice President of Keystone, Inc. since August 1993. Prior to joining Keystone, Mr. Brown was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Department of Salomon Brothers Inc. from August 1985 to July 1993. He is also a director for eGain Communications, Perfect Commerce, Lattice Communications, MarketTools, and WOW Networks. |
