F. David Fowler has agreed to join our board of directors upon the listing of our common stock on the Nasdaq Global Market. Mr. Fowler was the dean of the School of Business and Public Management at The George Washington University from July 1992 until his retirement in June 1997 and a member of KPMG LLP from 1963 until his retirement in June 1992. As a member of KPMG, Mr. Fowler served as managing partner of the Washington, D.C. office from 1987 until 1992, as partner in charge of human resources for the firm in New York City, as a member of the firm's board of directors, operating committee and strategic planning committee and as chairman of the KPMG Foundation and the KPMG personnel committee. Mr. Fowler currently serves on the board of directors of Microstrategy Incorporated, a publicly traded provider of business intelligence software, and as a trustee of The FBR Funds, an open-end management investment company. |
