After graduating from Brown University in 1970 and Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1973, Dave was a partner in the labor department of a large Cleveland firm before joining Millisor & Nobil in 1980. Dave has worked with non-union and union employers alike in the full range of employment relations law. He has extensive experience in successfully counteracting union organizing drives, as well as achieving favorable contracts on behalf of numerous unionized employers. Dave has also worked with many companies in devising labor strategies and solving day-to-day labor problems in conformity with the employer's business objectives. Dave's expertise and experience enable him to provide employers with legal and practical solutions to their labor problems. |
