Mr. Grose has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since June 2004. Mr. Grose has 25 years of financial experience, primarily in the exploration, production, and drilling sectors of the oil and gas industry. Mr. Grose also has significant knowledge and expertise in capital development and in the acquisition of oil & gas companies. In the most recent years, Mr. Grose held the position of Vice-President and/or CFO for Oxley Petroleum Company during 2002 and 2003, Bayard Drilling Technologies, Inc. from 1997 to 1999 and a telecommunications company from 2000 to 2001. Mr. Grose earned a B.A. in Political Science from Oklahoma State University in 1974 and an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1977.
