Mr. Digaleh has over 30 years of manufacturing, quality control and real estate operation experience working for leading manufacturing companies throughout United States. Mr. Digaleh has spent the majority of his career in operation and implementing quality control systems and improvement procedures. He has been involved in Continuous Quality Improvement methods, which have resulted in significant cost reductions and customer satisfaction. In his new position at Younan Properties, he will implement such disciplines to increase our properties' customer satisfaction and retention. He is also responsible for improving the efficiencies of our properties. Younan Properties has established an aggressive plan to reduce our operating cost through running our building more efficiently. Mr. Digaleh will drive that effort. He will also be responsible for improving the efficiencies of our building operations and overseeing the utilization of energy. Prior to joining Younan Properties, Mr. Digaleh was the Plant Manager at Molon Motor, where he was responsible for day-to-day operation of manufacturing plants. He also worked for MagTech Controls as the Production Control Manager. Mr. Digaleh received his B.S. in mathematics and engineering. He has tremendous training and experience in Total Quality Control and MRP systems, which will be used in our real estate operational management. |
