Mr. Bowe has served as our President CEO and a Director since 2000 and as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from September 1999 to October 2004.
David has an extensive background in finance leverage buyouts as well as public and private equity investments. He has participated in the acquisition development and operation of a number of portfolio companies. In that capacity he provided equity capital management support and strategic direction.
Prior to joining Ascendant Solutions David served as President of a privately held consumer products holding company. Previously he has held various executive positions at Heartland Capital Partners L.P. a private equity firm The Thompson Company a private investment firm and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. a private Wall Street bank.
David received his BSBA in Finance from Georgetown University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). David has served on the board of directors of numerous public and private companies. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association. |
