Mr. Stevens, age 52, has been a director of the Company since 2004. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Accredo Health, Incorporated (Accredo), a provider of specialized pharmacy and related services to the biopharmaceutical industry, since 1996. Accredo, previously a public company, was acquired by Medco Health Solutions, Inc., in 2005. Mr. Stevens was a director of Accredo from 1997 to 2005 and its Chairman of the Board from 1999 to 2005. He also has held senior executive positions with Nova Factor, Inc., and Southern Health Systems, Inc., both subsidiaries of Accredo, since 1996 and 1983, respectively. Mr. Stevens is a director of Thomas & Betts Corporation, a public company. |
