Mr. Dunstan has more than fourteen years of investment banking and advisory experience providing merger, acquisition, restructuring, capital raising and other advisory services to leading consumer companies. Prior to joining Western Reserve Partners, Mr. Dunstan was a Managing Director of KeyBanc Capital Markets and former manager of McDonald Investments’ Consumer investment banking group. He was responsible for developing and managing investment and commercial banking relationships for consumer industry companies with a special emphasis in the consumer products, food & beverage and specialty retail industries.
Representative clients of Mr. Dunstan’s include American Greetings, American Italian Pasta, Anomatic Corporation, Brass Eagle Incorporated, C&S Wholesale Grocers Inc., Century Foods, Cleveland Indians Baseball Company, Cliffstar Corporation, Cole National Corporation, ESSCO, Giant Eagle, Inc., The Hain Celestial Group, High Liner Foods, The J. M. Smucker Company, Lesco, Inc., OfficeMax, Inc., Progressive Furniture, Royal Appliance Manufacturing Company, The Sherwin Williams Company and Spartan Stores.
Mr. Dunstan’s previous experience is with Ernst & Young LLP providing financial consulting and audit services to middle market consumer and industrial companies. He was responsible for executing mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings and reorganizations and other financial advisory assignments.
Mr. Dunstan was graduated from Miami University with a B.S. in Accounting and graduated with distinction from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Dunstan is a member of Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital National Leadership Council and on its Executive Committee. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Achievement Centers for Children. |
