For example, David led the consulting team that developed and executed a complete strategic overhaul at one of the world’s largest and most renowned utility companies. This resulted in an 8% return on fixed assets, an accumulated productivity increase of 160%, and a three-fold reduction in annual customer complaints.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Berea College in the U.S. and a master’s degree in international marketing from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland.
