Mr. Owen has more than 40 years experience in the financial industry having served as Chairman President and CEO of two banks in the Kansas City area and as Regional Manager for Stephens Inc. an investment banking firm located in Little Rock Arkansas. Mr. Owen has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and in the financial reporting requirements of public companies. Mr. Owen has served as State Senator and Lt. Governor of Kansas. Currently Mr. Owen is responsible for the overall strategic direction growth and leadership of ICOP Digital Inc. directing the daily operations of the Company and overseeing the adequacy and soundness of the organization's financial structure. Mr. Owen is a graduate of Ottawa University Ottawa Kansas with a degree in Economics. Mr. Owen also received post graduate training at Ohio State University and Rutgers University in conjunction with the American Bankers Association. Mr. Owen is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Ottawa University and serves on the Board of the Greater Kansas City Fellowship of Christian Athletes. |
