David C. O'Leary is head of State Street's Global Human Resources. Reporting directly to chairman and chief executive officer Ronald E. Logue, he is also a member of State Street's Operating Group.
Mr. O'Leary joins State Street with more than two decades of human resources experience and involvement -- all within top-tier financial services companies -- and has considerable global knowledge. Most recently, he was global head of human resources at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB). In addition to his human resources responsibilities, Mr. O'Leary was Vice Chairman of the CSFB Foundation, a member of the CSFB Employee Investment Committee, the Global Diversity Committee and the Global Recruiting Committee.
Mr. O'Leary received a Bachelor of Science degree from Union College, a Master of Science degree from State University of New York, and an Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
