David Fannin joined Office Depot in 1998 as Senior Vice President & General Counsel. He was named Executive Vice President & General Counsel in August 2000, a position he held until July 2007. As part of a long-planned retirement at the end of 2008, David is reducing his workload and now serves as Executive Vice President, overseeing global compliance efforts and government relations activities. He is also the Executive sponsor for the development of our new Global Headquarters. |
