David C. Bupp has served as President and a director of our Company since August 1992 and as Chief Executive Officer since February 1998. From August 1992 to May 1993 Mr. Bupp served as our Treasurer. In addition to the foregoing positions from December 1991 to August 1992 he was Acting President Executive Vice President Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer and from December 1989 to December 1991 he was Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer. From 1982 to December 1989 Mr. Bupp was Senior Vice President Regional Manager for AmeriTrust Company National Association a nationally chartered bank holding company where he was in charge of commercial banking operations throughout Central Ohio. Mr. Bupp has a B.A. degree in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University. Mr. Bupp completed a course of study at Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University. |
