David took over the duties of President and Chief Executive Officer in August of 2003. He joined the company in 1997 as its Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and was instrumental in the multi-year, multi-million dollar development of the ClariCAST® technology. In April of 2002, David founded C3 Technologies Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IDC, to manage the ClariCAST® technology and expand its applications in the commercial, wireless communications arena. At that time he also was promoted to Executive Vice President of IDC. Prior to IDC, David spent close to 20 years with Magnavox/General Atronics Corporation, a company engaged in the development and manufacturing of military RF communication and telecommunication systems and products, where he held a variety of senior-level management positions including Director of Business Development, Division General Manager, and part owner. David graduated summa cum laude from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering, with honors, from Villanova University, and holds a Masters in Business Administration, with honors, from Temple University. |
