David Adams joined the Board of Directors in April 2005, and also serves as Assistant Corporate Secretary. He is a shareholder of the law firm of Weintraub Genshlea Chediak representing public and private corporations in the areas of intellectual property, corporate finance, mergers and acquisition, and regulatory matters from 2007 to the present. From 2000 to 2007, he was a shareholder of the law firm of Bullivant Houser Bailey representing public and private corporations. From November 1996 to 2000, he served as General Counsel and V.P of Business Development for ThermoGenesis Corp. (KOOL). Mr. Adams received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, with High Distinction, from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs in 1984, and his Juris Doctorate, with Distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1988. |
