David B. Pierce CPA brings PBI Bank 20 years of financial and management experience. As Porter Bancorp's Senior Vice President of Finance Mr. Pierce is responsible for financial management and reporting for the holding company. He is also responsible for policy oversight and compliance; overall management of the banks' investment portfolios; and serves on various executive asset/liability and investment committees. He is also involved in strategic planning new product development acquisition oversight and various special assignments.
He previously was a manager at Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) and senior accountant at Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche).
Mr. Pierce earned a Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Louisville. |
