Mr. Von Stroh has worked on general advisory, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, public equity offerings, debt financings and joint venture transactions in financial services, business services, food and beverage, healthcare and other industries. Mr. Von Stroh joined Wood Warren & Co. from SNL Securities, a data and research provider to investment banks, in New York City. He began working at Y-Merge, a mergers and acquisitions software start-up, which was subsequently acquired by SNL. At both companies he consulted with management teams on streamlining and improving their financial analysis capabilities. Prior to SNL, Mr. Von Stroh worked at JP Morgan Securities in the Financial Institutions Group in New York City. Mr. Von Stroh earned a BSBA degree in Finance/Marketing with a Minor in Leadership Studies from the University of Denver. |
