David B. Sudzus is a partner in the Products Liability and Mass Tort Practice Group. His practice focuses on products liability, medical device, complex and multidistrict litigation.
David has extensive litigation experience in numerous civil matters, including class action lawsuits, personal injury actions and commercial actions. His experience includes trials in both state and federal cases, as well as coordination of the national defense of a silicone manufacturer in the silicone breast implant litigation and a manufacturer of latex gloves in the latex glove products liability litigation. In addition, he is experienced in litigation involving exposure to a variety of chemicals and the use of numerous medical devices and pharmaceuticals. |
