Mr. Radden is currently serving as interim VP, Human Resources. Currently, Mr. Radden is President and founder of D. B. Radden & Company, Inc. in 1999. Mr. Radden is also a founder of Edgework Consulting. This firm helps companies in the areas of performance management and leadership development. In this capacity he works with companies, including Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, in the area of performance management. Previously, Mr. Radden served as Senior Vice President in the Los Angeles office of Ray & Berndtson, a top 10 international executive search firm for 16 years. Mr. Radden was managing partner of Ray & Berndtson’s Chicago and Los Angeles offices and was a member of their U.S. and International Boards of Directors. Mr. Radden holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and earned an M.B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. |
