Mr. Pittaway has been a director of McCormick & Schmick Holdings LLC since June 2002 and he will be elected to the board of McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants, Inc. immediately before we close our public offering. Since 1998, Mr. Pittaway has been a senior managing director of Castle Harlan, Inc. Mr. Pittaway also serves on the boards of directors of Charlie Brown's, Inc., Morton's Restaurant Group, Inc. and other private companies. Mr. Pittaway attended the University of Kansas, Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School. |
