David A. Winter was elected a corporate officer and named assistant vice president - human resources in April 2008.
Mr. Winter had served as director of human resources since joining the company in 1997. Prior to that he held several management positions with Best Products since 1975.
Mr. Winter received a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Richmond. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (with SPHR certification) Richmond Human Resource Management Association Richmond Human Resources Leadership Roundtable Worldatwork and the World Affairs Council. |
