David A. Trapani is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. David is a member of the Firm's Corporate Department, where his practice focuses on derivatives and structured finance. David has represented swap providers in numerous structured finance transactions and has provided hedge funds, financial institutions, and corporate clients with derivatives advice relating to, among other things, credit derivatives, equity derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and netting and setoff issues.
David is admitted to practice in New York and Illinois.
