David A. Suess
Profile : David Suess is a partner in the Tax and Business Services Groups. He assists clients with a wide variety of property tax issues, including complex assessment appeals. He also assists clients with business issues, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions and contract matters. He graduated with top honors from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington in 1997. He practiced, for a year, in Illinois before accepting a clerkship with the Honorable Ronald T.Y. Moon, Chief Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in East Asian Languages and Civilizations from the University of Chicago in 1991 and, prior to law school, worked as a translator-interpretor for a manufacturer in Lafayette, Indiana. Mr. Suess is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Illinois.
