Dave Shadduck is responsible for True Value Company’s finance team. He joined the co-op in 2001 as the vice president of finance and corporate controller and was named chief financial officer later that same year. He is an accomplished financial leader with 20 years’ experience.
Prior to joining True Value Company, Shadduck served as the controller for Tenneco Automotive, a Lake Forest, Ill.-based $3.3 billion manufacturer. From 1994-1998, he worked for Fel-Pro, Inc., an international market leader in the automotive aftermarket where he held several positions and was ultimately named controller of the original equipment division. He began his career in 1983 with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Chicago.
Shadduck holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Iowa and is a certified public accountant. He is also president of the Chicagoland Region of the Model A Ford Club of America. |
