David Mogel is responsible for directing the overall operations for Prolifics including formulating policies, supervising daily operations, overseeing HR functions, and managing the administration of internal systems. As legal counsel Dave is responsible for corporate transactions including acquisitions, software licensing, and intellectual property rights agreements. Prior to joining Prolifics, Dave worked at the law firm of Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel providing corporate legal services. He holds an undergraduate degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Psychology from Hofstra University, and a law degree from St. John’s University, where he graduated in the top 8% of his class and served as an editor on the Law Review. |
