Ms. Mollett regularly counsels clients on employment and human resources matters and litigates employment-related cases in Federal and State court, as well as before regulatory agencies. Examples of the kinds of cases she handles include discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters, injunctive relief proceedings relating to restrictive covenants and trade secret protection, and wrongful discharge lawsuits.
