Darren Wan is Vice President of Cogent Valuation. His experience at Cogent Valuation includes the valuation of early stage business enterprises for financial reporting and employee compensation purposes. Mr. Wan is also involved in valuations related to solvency, arbitration, corporate transactions and estate planning. Mr. Wan joined Cogent Valuation in 2004 after receiving a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.
