Mr. Richardson was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Mad Catz in September 1999. Richardson focuses on the development and implementation of the overall Mad Catz strategy. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Richardson served as COO. at Games Trader, Inc., an operating subsidiary of GTR Group, which has since been renamed to Mad Catz Interactive, Inc. Prior to that, Richardson has held several senior management and marketing positions for various consumer product companies. He has considerable international experience having lived and worked in North America, Europe and Australia. He holds a business degree from the University of Wollongong, Australia and an MBA from Trinity College, Dublin. |
