Darren Orzechowski is responsible for managing worldwide marketing activities for Voyence and its VoyenceControl solutions, including product marketing, sales support, lead generation and development efforts, public relations programs, events and advertising. Darren has recently been managing the high-tech practice for RF|Binder Partners, a leading marketing and communications agency, which included clients such as EMC, Voyence, CentrePath and Whale Communications. Prior to that, Darren was VP of Marketing for infrastructure management software vendor Smarts, which was recently acquired by EMC. Orzechowski managed worldwide marketing activities for SMARTS and its InCharge service assurance software suite, including product marketing, sales support, inside sales, lead generation and development efforts, public relations programs, events and advertising. While at Smarts, his marketing efforts contributed to revenue growth of over 100 percent and successfully positioned the company as the leading provider of root cause analysis technology. Prior to joining SMARTS, Darren served as vice president of marketing for Aprisma Management Technologies. At Aprisma, he re-branded, packaged, priced and successfully launched Aprisma's core product line and spearheaded global lead generation campaigns that contributed significantly to Aprisma's year-over-year revenue growth. His re-branding campaign increased Aprisma's brand awareness 65 percent in 12 months and he led the development of an Aprisma advertising campaign that won two Harvey Communications Measurement Awards in 2001. Darren’s prior industry experience includes nine years as a leading marketing executive at Cabletron Systems, formerly the parent holding company of Aprisma. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Communications and a Master of Business Administration from Plymouth State University, Plymouth, NH. |
