Since 2004, Mr. Fisk has been a Principal in Johnson Capital, a national, privately held real estate capital advisory firm. Darren originates and advises clients on debt (secured and unsecured), equity, construction, and mezzanine structures. He focuses on the multifamily, industrial and retail side of the business and represents clients from the institutional level to the smaller real estate investor. He has produced over 3.2 billion in debt since joining the company in 2004, and has been the top producer nationally for the same time period. Mr. Fisk received a degree in Finance and Small Business Management from the University of Colorado. |
