Darrell Daley has a broad-based commercial litigation practice. Although he strongly advocates and seeks to achieve out-of-court resolution of business disputes, Darrell has tried many cases to verdict, including cases involving construction and real estate disputes, breach of contract, misrepresentation, professional negligence, securities fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition. He is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, National Session, and has instructed at the Intersession Trial Advocacy Program at the University of Colorado School of Law. Darrell also heads the firm’s Colorado bankruptcy practice, with 20 years experience in complex bankruptcy litigation, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy reorganization. Darrell’s bankruptcy and insolvency practice focuses on creditor representation, including secured and unsecured creditors, asset based lenders, lessors and asset purchasers in business reorganization matters and related bankruptcy litigation. Darrell also advises creditors in protecting and foreclosing rights against property, including realty, personalty and intellectual property assets.
