Darla J. Copeland is a paralegal in Faegre & Benson’s Denver office. Darla has assisted attorneys in the area of litigation for over 20 years. Over 16 of those years were spent specializing in insurance defense including first- and third-party PIP claims, UM/UIM claims as well as class action suits. She has assisted attorneys in representing clients in a wide variety of other litigation areas, including professional malpractice, personal injury, and products and premises liability. Darla also has experience in the environmental and construction law arenas. Darla’s litigation experience and responsibilities include: Trial preparation Investigation of file Propounding and answering discovery Gathering and forensic review of medical records Witness Interviews Legal Research Document review Document management Preparation of exhibits Drafting simple motions and responses Disclosures Complaints Attending trials Darla received her B.A. from Colorado State University in Ft.
