PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Nine years experience in the legal field which encompasses various aspects and areas of the legal field, including four years of insurance industry related work coordinating, researching, and assisting clients with insurance agent, agency, TPA and Adjusters, license issues, on a nationwide basis, coordinating and filing Arkansas lobbying reports, involvement with workers’ compensation reporting and legal research on various topics. Additional five years of experience as a legal assistant drafting documents, including pleadings, complaints, answers, and motions, preparing trial documents and exhibits, assisting attorneys in trial, drafting correspondence for attorneys, conducting pre-trial and post trial conferences with clients and witnesses, preparing trial documents, reviewing court files, including civil, criminal, and probate for appropriate information, scheduling and coordinating court dates and dockets, posting completed dockets, completing legal research as needed, communicating with regulatory agencies in all states and assisting Insurance Regulatory attorneys with Insurance Regulatory clients and duties.
